More About Me

Hi, I am Helen, and for those of you that are interested I am single and 37. I live on the North Coast of NSW, Australia and have lived here for the last eight years.

I am fairly new to this web page creation and this is really my first attempt! So too bad if you don't like it! I am having fun with it and that's all that matters!!! Ken, my friend who lives near Seattle has been teaching me how to do it, so if something doesn't work you can blame him - OK?

Life is too short to waste it worrying about things, so my new motto is to try to learn something new each year and have fun doing it. If it is not fun then I'll just stop and go and find something else to do. Well last year I started to learn to play the guitar, and while I will never be a great musician or play to a vast audience, it is one of the most pleasant things I have ever attempted to do. Thanks heaps to Karen and Scott, who were instrumental in this new activity.

This year I am learning a bit about the web which has become a major source of entertainment for me. I have met many interesting people and have developed so many good friends. I am now about to embark on a big travel adventure. So my net friends...BEWARE...the Echo is coming to visit!

LOVES: My family and friends, live music, strumming on my guitar, photography, horticulture, internet chat, people, walks on the beach, watching the waves, thunderstorms, clouds, rainbows, trees, eating out with good friends.



HATES: Well hate is probably too strong a word, but I really cannot stand cats, rap music, spiders, being woken up with the telephone, bad singing, beach sand in my undies, my rusty car, and most of all the computer when it boots me!!.
